12 Plots of Land in Bukit Duri Have Certificate

As much as 12 plots of land in Bukit Duri, South Jakarta that affected normalization have land ownership certificate. The city would buy them to support normalization of Ciliwung River.

We'll buy some lands, considering I got a report that there are 12 plots having certificate yesterday

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed, people who have no land certificate must be relocated to the Rawa Bebek Flat, Cakung, East Jakarta. While those who have it, would be bought.

"We'll buy some lands, considering I got a report that there are 12 plots having certificate yesterday," he expressed, at City Hall, Thursday (9/22).

Six Plots of Land in Rambutan 1 Dam Not Yet Acquired

If there is found problem in land acquisition, consignment will be done. Fund for land purchase will be entrusted to the District Court. Thus normalization could run without a hitch.

He assessed, buildings without certificate are under dismantling process. Considering a few residents have moved to the flat. While those who have it, cannot be demolished before there is land acquisition.

"Buildings with certificate is free from dismantling," he stressed.

So far land acquisition is being prepared. And he has instructed Mayor of South Jakarta, Tri Kurniadi to do it.

"I've told them to do it," he closed.
